To understand the Lollies’Books audience, I studied successful romance e-commerce brands, analyzed engagement metrics from email platforms, and reviewed reader behavior data. The goal was to shape a campaign that speaks directly to readers of spicy romance while ensuring high conversion.

The visual language balances heat and softness: warm reds, bold pinks (#f95461), and strong black contrasts paired with romantic imagery and cheeky iconography. I designed fully responsive templates adaptable across desktop and mobile—each tailored to the campaign goal (sale, welcome, cart recovery, spotlight, etc.).

I built and tested multiple email flows—welcome series, cart abandonment, Valentine’s specials, and monthly deals—using modular layouts in Figma and HTML/CSS-friendly components. Each email includes strong CTAs, clear typographic hierarchy, and product placement optimized for click-through.
